Solo travellers remain at the heart of what we do. But since we’re in the business of friendship, how could we ignore those groups looking to explore the world together? Some of whom might have even met on our trips.

How it works
  • The adventures you’ll find listed on our website are designed for solo travellers. Once you submit your enquiry using the form above, we’ll respond directly with available dates for your private adventure. 
  • You can select from the available itineraries on the form; however, these adventures cannot be modified in any way. 
  • For groups of 10 or more, we’re able to offer a discount, making the per-person price more affordable. For smaller groups, the fixed costs of organising the tour are distributed among fewer participants, resulting in a higher per-person price. To secure your private adventure, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total trip cost is required. For detailed pricing information and to discuss your group’s specific needs, please complete the form above.
  • Private Adventures are unavailable between the dates of 20th December – 15th January
Group size

  • The minimum group size varies by destination. Please refer to the form above for minimum numbers for each adventure.

  • 90 days or less before the start of the trip then Flash Pack will retain 100% of the trip cost.
    If the number of people in your group falls below the number agreed upon at the time of booking confirmation, the remaining group members will be responsible for covering the cost of the missing places. However, if your group still has 10 or more members, this policy will not apply. In either case, the agreed cancellation terms apply to the person who cancels, meaning we will retain the 25% deposit.

Deposits
  • A non-refundable deposit of 25% of your trip cost is required to secure your adventure.
Age range
  • These adventures are exclusively for individuals aged 18 and over.
Transfers
  • Bookings cannot be transferred to a different trip. However, if an individual in your group can no longer attend, they may be able to transfer their place to someone else. Please contact us to discuss your options.
