Everything you need to know about spreading the cost of your adventure

SPREADING THE COST

As we work towards our mission to build friendships through group travel, we’re continually looking to expand the ways you can pay for your trip and make it as easy as possible to secure your adventure. As we’ve recently introduced auto-debited payment instalments for some customers, here we'll provide a clear explanation of how it all works for you.

DEPOSITS

To secure a booking, you’ll first need to pay a deposit, unless your tour starts within 90 days  — in which case you’ll have to make the full payment amount. You can, of course, pay the full amount upfront if you wish, regardless of when your trip departs.

These deposits are fixed amounts in your currency regardless of trip cost, which you can find listed below. Both the deposit and full balance can be paid by credit or debit cards, and we accept Visa, Mastercard and Maestro/Solo, as well as American Express. Other payment methods may be available on our booking page.

INSTALMENT PAYMENTS

You can arrange to pay off the remainder of your trip cost (post-deposit) in instalments. If outside the UK, you can do this up to 60 days before your trip is set to begin, choosing to pay in 3 or 6 month instalment periods. These payments will be auto-debited from the debit or credit card used to make your initial deposit, and can be changed by contacting our team. We will send email reminders 7 and 1 days before taking instalment payments.
