  • Free Single Room Upgrade offer applies to select departures only.
  • Subject to these terms, the free single room upgrade is confirmed if the selected trip departs with fewer than five travellers, if a fifth person books, the offer no longer applies to that departure.
  • Eligibility for the complimentary single-room upgrade will be determined by reference to the total number of travellers booked on the trip one week before the departure date. If five or more travellers are booked on the departure by that date, the offer will not apply and complimentary single-room upgrades will not be provided.
  • Already paid for a single room? You'll receive the amount as trip credit towards a future booking, not a cash refund.
  • The offer is not transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash and has no cash value.
  • We reserve the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time, provided that such amendment or withdrawal will not affect bookings for which the complimentary single-room upgrade has already been confirmed.
