This private group tour provides an immersive insight into the garden-to-glass techniques behind Cambodia’s groundbreaking gin. You’ll learn about the pivotal role of bold, aromatic Mekong flavours, such as pandan and Thai basil, in the gin-making process, as well as ingredients like rose apples, starfruit or lemongrass found in the distillery’s botanical garden of dreams.
